How we handle the information you send us
This page explains what happens to your details when you use our enquiry form.
What we collect and why
When you fill in our enquiry form, we ask for a handful of details: your name, email address, travel dates, delivery location and the type of vehicle you're interested in. That's all we need to put together a quote and, if you go ahead, to arrange the rental itself.
We use this information for one purpose only — to answer your enquiry and, where a booking follows, to coordinate delivery, documents and payment terms for that specific rental. We don't pass your details to third parties for marketing, profiling or any other use outside of handling your request.
Your enquiry is stored securely and accessed only by the person coordinating your rental. We keep records for as long as needed to answer your enquiry, complete the booking and meet our own accounting obligations; after that, we remove what we no longer need.
Privacy questions
What happens to the information I submit through the form?
We use your name, email, dates, delivery location and vehicle preference solely to prepare a quote and, if you book, to organise that rental. No other use is made of it.
Do you share my details with anyone else?
No. Your enquiry stays with the person coordinating your rental at Ascens; we don't sell, rent or share it with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
How long do you keep my information?
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to answer your request and complete any resulting booking, plus the period required for our own accounting records. After that, we delete what we no longer need.
Can I ask you to delete my data?
Yes. Send a request through the contact form or by email and we will remove your details from our records, except where we're required to keep booking-related records for accounting purposes.
Is the information I submit secure?
Yes. Submissions are stored on access-controlled systems, and only the person handling your enquiry can see them.
